Who we are
Reeling Hope is a Christian nonprofit organization serving the Greater Cincinnati Area with a mission to uplift underserved youth through Christ-centered mentorship, life skills training, and acts of compassionate outreach. Inspired by Jesus feeding the multitudes with loaves and fish, Reeling Hope believes that when faith and generosity come together, small acts can create miraculous change.
At the heart of our mission is teaching youth how to fish—symbolizing not only a practical life skill but also the biblical principle:
“Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.”
Guided by Christian values of service, stewardship, and compassion, Reeling Hope also provides community support through food drives and charitable events, including a signature annual Thanksgiving turkey distribution inspired by founder Dallas Taulbee’s love for the holiday and belief in gratitude through giving.
Our long-term vision is to expand from Cincinnati to communities across the nation and eventually the world—spreading hope, nourishment, and the love of Christ.
